Draupnir license terms

1. Agreement

These terms apply when you buy, access, or use the Draupnir source code and documentation. By purchasing Draupnir, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. License grant

Boe Ventures AS grants one named developer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify Draupnir. That developer may use Draupnir to build and operate an unlimited number of personal, commercial, or client products.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, publish, sublicense, or redistribute Draupnir as a starter, template, boilerplate, code library, or similar source product
• Share repository access or the Draupnir source with another developer who does not have their own license
• Remove copyright or license notices included with Draupnir
• Use the Draupnir name or marks to imply endorsement by Boe Ventures

4. Repository access

Repository access belongs to the named developer and may be revoked if these terms are breached. You are responsible for keeping your GitHub account secure and for protecting any private copies of the source.

5. Ownership

Boe Ventures AS retains ownership of Draupnir. You own the products, original code, content, and data you create with it. Third-party packages remain subject to their own licenses.

6. Founding license benefits

The founding license includes repository access, future Draupnir updates released to founding customers, and one 30-minute setup session. Updates do not guarantee a specific release schedule, feature, framework version, or compatibility with changes made in your own copy.

7. Payment and refunds

Polar processes the one-time payment shown at checkout. The displayed total includes applicable taxes based on your location. Statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected. For other refund requests, contact us at the address below.

8. Warranty

Draupnir is provided as is. You are responsible for reviewing, securing, testing, and operating products built from it. We do not guarantee that Draupnir is error-free or suitable for a particular product.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Boe Ventures AS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of Draupnir. Our total liability under these terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

10. Termination

Your license ends if you materially breach these terms and do not correct the breach after notice. When the license ends, you must stop using and distributing the Draupnir source. Products already delivered to end users may continue to operate, provided they do not expose or redistribute Draupnir itself.

11. Changes

The terms accepted at the time of purchase govern that purchase. We may update these terms for future purchases without changing an existing license retroactively.
